During this month of January, we are remembering the 500th anniversary of the beginning of the Anabaptist movement during the Great Reformation in Europe. The believer’s baptism that sparked the movement happened on January 21, 1525 in a house in Zurich, Switzerland. We will spend 3 Sundays looking at some of the main scriptures and core values that shaped the Anabaptism/Mennonite faith coming out of the reformation, along with some history mixed in.

This might just be one of our favorite events at AMC. Every first Sunday of the month, we enjoy a carry-in potluck meal together in the church fellowship hall following the worship service.
Bring a dish to share and stay for great conversation with lots of delicious food.
“But I forgot to bring a dish!” – No problem! There is always plenty for everyone
“I made plans after church.” – That’s okay. We will see you next time!

With First Sunday Fellowship meals being so popular for many years, we’ve decided to add another great way to enjoy yummy food and fellowship together. We are excited to share a good cup of coffee and some delicious breakfast foods with each other before our Christian Ed. classes and worship celebration begins.
Join us on the third Sunday of the month in the fellowship hall from 8:45-9:15am.
