Glen Rhodes
Minister of Discipling
(Team Leader)
Glen was called to the AMC ministry team in 2002 from within this congregation. He is a graduate of Hesston and Goshen College and earned his Master of Divinity from Lincoln Christian Seminary. He loves serving God in various ways, proclaiming the good news of Jesus, building relationships with people, spending time with his family, golfing and spending time with friends, and cheering on his favorite sports teams (Cardinals, Broncos, Thunder, and Illinois). Glen grew up in New Mexico, but has enjoyed living in the farm country of Illinois with his wife Rhonda since 1991. They have a daughter Rebecca who is married to Steven Hopkins, and a granddaughter Savannah who reside in the Nashville, TN area. They also have a son, Derek, who is married to Morgan, who also live in Nashville, TN.
Nadine Miller
Minister of Worship
Nadine has lived in Arthur for 26 years and eenjoys the community. She is a farmer’s daughter, originally from central Indiana, so small town is where she feels at home. She is married to Lamar, and they have two children. Ryan, their son, went to be with Jesus at age 29. Their daughter Natalie lives in Arthur with her husband, Jory, and two sons – Kollin & Archer. Nadine loves spending time with her family and friends, playing games, singing or listening to music, and baking. After retiring a couple of years ago, she enjoys watching her grandsons a couple days each week, exercising at Cardiac Rehab or taking a walk, and just having a slower pace of life since working for 31 years outside the home. She is passionate about people and growing our relationship with Jesus, especially through praise and worship.
Sam Miller

Sam and his wife, Issa, are excited
to join the Arthur Mennonite community! In 2023, Sam felt the call to look beyond the youth leadership role he was serving for 7 yrs in Shipshewana, IN. With much discernment and prayer, they joined AMC in January of 2025 when Sam became the Minister of Youth and Family. Sam enjoys date nights with Issa and taking their two sons, Keegan and Parker, out for ice cream or playing soccer. Sam’s personal getaway would be found on a golf course somewhere for solitude and contemplation.
Les Helmuth
Minister of Administration
Les was born and raised in the Arthur area. He has been attending AMC for 20+ years. He and his wife, Marlene, have one daughter and one son.
He has been attending Arthur Mennonite Church for over 20 years.

He currently has his own poly-vinyl fabricating business in Arthur for over 3 years. One thing Les enjoys is working with computers.
Emily Kauffman
Minister of Outreach
Emily and her husband, Cory, live in Arthur along with their son, Austin. Emily has been a member of AMC for the past 14 years. She is currently a fifth grade teacher at the Arthur Grade School. Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family while looking for opportunities to build relationships.
